What is included in the safe's price?
All our safes (except our Captain model) come with factory drilled holes and an installation kit to secure the safes to the floor.
What does the fixing kit include?
Our fixing kit consists of: 2 screws, 2 expanders, and washers to fix the safe.
Do your safes come with a warranty?
Yes, our safes have a limited lifetime warranty on the structure of the safe and a one-year warranty on the lock.
How do I validate the warranty?
The first step is to register all your data in the following link. Then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem with the safe and a photograph or video showing said problem.
Do you make custom models?
Yes, we can develop custom projects. Write us at email@example.com with the specifications of the safe you want, the number of parts you require and the city where you are located. Our team will work on a quotation and will contact you if further information is required.
